1. Consultation Fees

Once a consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

• If an appointment is canceled with sufficient notice, and payment was made in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. No-Show Policy

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

4. Service Refunds

Refunds for medical procedures, diagnostic services (such as ultrasound), or treatments will only be considered in exceptional cases where services have not been delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
